Dear players,
As you may know Centurio Board had a meeting on 29th of November. On this Meeting Centurio Board has fixed the new dates and locations for the Season 2008.
The locations are following (one after another):
1. Istanbul (Turkey)
2. Lviv (Ukraine)
3. Warsaw (Poland)
4. Moscow (Russia)
5. Riga (Latvia)
6. Prague (Czech)

The dates will be announced later, after we all know the dates of Millenium League.

And now about the format in Season 2008

Sooooooooo....

D1 will be closed with the limit of 16 teams. Since now it has a new name - EPL (European Professional League).
Entry fee will be 800 EUR.
Top teams in the Div 1 from Rating 2007 will receive the conditions by e-mail soon.

Now Division 2. The format is changed here.
D2 teams will play X-ball Lite. The rules will be lighter then in EPL (main game time will be shorter). The limit will be 24 teams.
Entry fee will be 600 EUR.

Division 3. Format stays the same - paintball.
Entry fee will be 400 EUR.

And now the surprise for all newbie teams.
Centurio Circuit introduce the new division called C5.
This division is for the local (or neighboring) newbie teams that feel themselves not ready to play in D3.
Entry fee will be 250 EUR.
They will play prelims with the teams of D3 and semis+finals between themselves. There will be no money prizes, just trophies. They will not receive the ranking points.
One team can play only 2 events in C5. 3rd event they must play in D3.

Yes, we change the ROF also. The same as Millenium.

ce inseamna asta:

First 3 shots in semi auto.
For the rules we will phrase it as "time between two shots initiated not lower than 83ms". This leads to a ROF cap of 12,048. So a reading of 12,0 is legal, 12,1 will be illegal.

Millennium Series ROF cap in 2008

Following discussions with team owners last week and extensive consulting with various gun/board manufacturers the MS will update the respective wording of rule "11.01 Markers" to

- The first 3 shots must be semi-auto mode only.
- Markers will be limited to a ROF of 12 balls per second, defined as no two consecutive shots may be timed shorter than 83ms apart (reading on ROF meter of 12.0 bps or less = legal; reading on ROF meter of 12.1 bps or higher = illegal).
- Ramping of shots will be allowed only, once 6 bps has been achieved. Then the marker may ramp to 12 bps, but only as long the 6 bps is continually maintained. Once the trigger is stopped to be activated, only one single additional shot may be discharged.

Clarification: the 6 bps for start/sustain ramping dose not need to be hit physically, it refers to the time delay between trigger activations, which must be at least the equivalent to 6 bps. So a marker may start to ramp up to 12 bps, if (after the first three shots being in semi-auto only) the time delay between 3rd and 4th trigger activation is less than 167ms.

Adicatelea ca sa inteleg bine, primele 3 focuri neaparat, obligatoriu semi auto. Cate placi stoc au chestia asta? Niciuna. Deci acum tre sa-mi iau un kkt de placa ca sa fiu legal, sau renunt cu totul la ramping.

smochinax... citeste mama manualu de etek ca ai ramping setabil, si e foarte simplu ... bagi ramp 3 si schimbi ROF la 12... e perfect legal...
astia cand zic trigger pull sustain kick in ... si dau o valoare aia e aia minima... nu iti impune nimeni sa ai valorile peste limita lor...

Nici un mod de ramp nu are primele 3 focuri semi-auto.

Iar de shocker, mai bine joc fara ramping.

La etek sunt 3 moduri de ramp:
1 si 2 pleaca de la 5 bps, 3 de la 7.5. Dar la 3 intra direct in ramping dupa al doilea foc.
Ce e atat de greu domnule consultant de paintball?

repet, KICK IN RATE(vrei sa traduc ce inseamna ??) adica RATA DE FOC PE CARE TREBUIE SA O AI CA SA INTRE IN RAMP este 6 bile pe secunda
SUSTAIN RATE (pe asta nu o mai traduc ca ar fi penal) este de 6

NUMBER OF TRIGGER PULL se refera la cate focuri trebuie sa tragi tu in mod semi pana sa inceapa el sa calculeze cadenta ca sa iti intre in ramping.
daca nu ma insel egourile calculeaza dupa minim 4 focuri!!! in orice mod de ramp.

REPET trigger pull si kick in rate sunt 2 chestii total diferite.

oricum recomand tuturor sa isi seteze intre 11,3-11,7 bps ca mereu exista diferente de calibrare la cacaturile alea de ROF meter

Echipele care vor sa mearga la Istanbul, 12-13 aprilie, sa se anunte aici, sa ne facem o idee asupra nr. de persoane pentru a gasi cea mai convenabila modalitate de transport.

As dori sa specific urmatoarele:
- In Turcia benzina este foarte scumpa, aproape 2E litru (nu stiu de motorina, dar s-ar putea sa fie la fel)
- Anul trecut turcii doreau pentru masinile care nu sunt proprietate personala (leasing, masina lu' tata, lu' mama, lu un prieten) imputernicire de la proprietar, legalizata, apostilata, tradusa in turca (nu in engleza) si semnata/stampilata la ambasada Turciei

Alta idee ar fi sa treceti pana in Grecia si din Grecia in Turcia pentru ca vamesii bulgari de la granita cu Turcia sunt niste fututi in cur, ca sa nu mai zic de posibilele aglomerari.
E85 in loc de E80.

nu stiu cand ai fost tu, da noi anu' trecut nu am avut probleme.
la intoarcere ne-au trecut bulgarii pe alta banda si am depasit coloana de nemti, belgieni etc... doar suntem popor prieten si vecin.
Si in Bulgaria 5-10 euro rezolva orice problema.

La intrarea in Turcia in schimb a fost show. Te dor mainile pana intelegi care e schema. Viza, stampila de intrare/iesire pentru masina, carte verde special pt turcia... totul explicat in turca... dez venea sa dai foc la covrigeii din masina si sa otravesti sticla de borsec in calea lor.
